Please place this form in a convenient location to refer to if you require assistance with ”Maintenance Property Care” or “Emergency Repairs” or any other assistance you may need during your tenancy.

If you require an emergency trade call out, you will be required to make payment to the trade, please get a receipt or invoice and submit to our office: https://professionalsnarellan.com.au/maintenance-form/ with details of the incident and photos or e-mail: rentals@professionalsnarellan.com.au
Please note, if a repair request is reported to our office – and either no fault is found or the fault has been caused by the tenant, you, as the tenant will be responsible for payment of the account.
