Please Note, if a repair request is reported and either no fault is found or the fault has been caused by you, as the tenant, you will be responsible for payment of the account.
Emergency items are generally those that could cause injury to the tenant or damage to the property, and include:
- A burst water service
- An appliance, fitting or fixture that uses water or is used to supply water that is broken or not functioning properly
- A blocked or broken lavatory system
- A serious roof leak
- A gas leak – please contact your gas supplier or Jemena
- A dangerous electrical fault
- Flooding or serious flood damage
- Serious storm or fire damage
- A failure or breakdown of the gas, electricity or water supply to the premises
- A failure or breakdown of any essential service on the residential premises for hot water, cooking, heating, cooling or laundering,
